We're based in Nashville, Tennessee and serve the entire Southeast United States. We regularly travel to Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and surrounding states. Contact us for events outside this region — we may still be able to help.
Yes! Operators and crew are available as an add-on to any LED rental package. We can provide a dedicated video engineer and/or operator who will be on-site for your entire event to manage content playback, live switching, and any technical issues that arise.
We carry modular LED panels that can be configured to virtually any size. Common configurations range from 10ft wide up to 60ft+ wide. We offer 2.9mm, 3.9mm, and 4.8mm pixel pitch panels in both indoor and outdoor-rated versions. Visit our Gear page for full specs.
For large events (festivals, concerts, major corporate), we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. For smaller events, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows — don't hesitate to reach out even on short notice.
Absolutely. Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and teardown by our crew. We handle all rigging, cabling, power distribution, and processor configuration. You don't need to worry about the technical side at all.
Yes. We carry outdoor-rated LED panels designed for exterior use. These panels have higher brightness ratings (measured in nits) to remain visible in direct sunlight, and are built to withstand weather conditions. We'll recommend the right panel type based on your event environment.
Power requirements vary by wall size. A typical 20ft x 12ft LED wall requires approximately 30–50 amps at 120V. We'll provide a full power spec sheet after confirming your wall configuration, so your venue or generator can be properly sized.
Yes — we offer content creation as an add-on service. This includes event branding packages, motion backgrounds, lower thirds, sponsor tickers, and custom animated sequences. We can also work with content you or your team provide and format it for your specific wall resolution.
